eric kluitenberg definiert als eine aufgabe von avantgarde heute, den hegemonialen code der gesellschaft zu unterbrechen, die "nette" oberflächenstruktur zu zerstören. hakim bey spricht vergleichsweise von einem entstehen einer "chaos linguistik", die den code dekonstruiert und wieder rekonstruiert: irgendwo zwischen null und eins. integer oder netochka nezvanova eröffnet in ihren arbeiten diesen "negativen" raum und agiert aus ihm wie eine "code rebellin". ist der raum "integer" eine autonome zone oder nur eine kunstfoyer?

ihre arbeiten werden im konnex der "code poetry" stark diskutiert – eine eher "harmlose" definition von avantgarde arbeit. viele ihrer "eruptiven" techniken sind im bereich der experimentellen literatur sehr bekannt. aber ich glaube, dass ihre arbeit sich nicht so sehr an den "klassischen" leser richtet als an den "politischen" user im web. gibt es trotzdem für sie verbindungen zur experimentellen literatur?

avantgarde arbeiten erscheinen oftmals mit einem starken faradayschem käfig umgeben – eine art von "reverse engineering" station als kampf gegen das establishment. ihre grundsätzliche haltung ist gegen die strukturen und den "komfort" in der net.art gerichtet. was ist ihre position im net.art establishment? wird es bald integer vorlesungen geben, die über die codebrüche gegen die net ventures berichten? :-)
